lbs is easiest, i tried using a hammer and a bit of wood, but the axel didnt seem to shift, ide rather take it to the bike shop cos if they f*ck it up they will replace it

ok cool, thanks, 1 problem i dont know how to take the axel out, and i dont want to get a hammer out! so im gonna take it to my lbs and get them to sort it.

hey, i dont know if you remember, but what bb was in the dr Jekyll?? and what cranks? cos i need a new bb but cant see any markings on them.
